Last updated 25 September 2026. This policy explains what Deck.gallery collects, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell personal data.

Who we are

Deck.gallery is run by Anymo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with number 09681827 and its registered office at Unit 4, Kinetica, 13 Ramsgate Street, London E8 2FD. Anymo Ltd is the controller of your personal data. Our business address is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. What we collect

• Account details. Your email address, name and profile photo if your sign-in provider shares them, and your account and team identifiers.
• Membership and payments. Your plan, subscription events, and payment records such as amount, date, and the payment reference. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• How you use the site. Pages and decks you view, when you reach the paywall or checkout, referrer and campaign links, browser and device type, and approximate country. On public pages, a sample of visits is recorded as session replays with text inputs masked. Account, sign-in, and pricing pages are never recorded.
• Email records. Newsletter status, delivery results such as bounces and complaints, and replies you send us.
• Things you send us. Deck submissions, support requests, and feedback.

How we use it, and our legal bases

• To provide your account and membership, check access, process payments, and provide invoices. This is necessary for our contract with you.
• To keep the service safe, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms. This is our legitimate interest.
• To understand and improve Deck.gallery through analytics and session replays. This is our legitimate interest.
• To email you about Deck.gallery. Creating an account includes our newsletter with new decks, and the founder may send you an occasional personal note, for example after you sign up or start a checkout. We send these as a similar service to the one you signed up for, on the basis of our legitimate interest, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. We may use how you use your account to decide whether a note is relevant, but we never tell you what you viewed.
• To meet legal obligations, such as keeping payment records for tax.

Your email choices

You can stop the newsletter and founder notes at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, from Newsletter in your account, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing does not affect your membership. Emails needed to run your account, like sign-in codes, receipts, and billing notices, continue while you have an account.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with providers that help us run Deck.gallery, under contracts that limit how they use it.

• Clerk, for accounts, sign-in, teams, and subscription billing
• Stripe, for payments and invoices
• Cloudflare, for hosting, our database, images, and security
• Resend, for sending email
• Umami, hosted by PikaPods, for analytics and session replays
• Whop, for marketplace purchases, buyer accounts, and creator payouts

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or to a buyer if the business is sold. We never give our email list to advertisers.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK and EU, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except payment and tax records, which we keep for six years, and the minimum needed to honor an unsubscribe or prevent fraud. Analytics and replays are kept for up to 12 months.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and attribute sign-ups and marketplace purchases to the campaign that brought you. First-visit campaign and referrer information stays in session storage. Membership access is always checked on our server.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and object to direct marketing at any time. If you live in California, you can ask what we collect and ask us to delete it; we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context advertising. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or your local data protection authority.

Children

Deck.gallery is not for children. You must be at least 16 to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email.

The service

Deck.gallery provides presentation references for browsing and research. Public previews show six slides per deck. A verified Free account can view a new deck in full for 24 hours from its first public release; after that, full access requires Pro or Team membership.

Pro and Team include the full reference library and Slides search. Membership does not include marketplace products or editable source files. Marketplace templates are purchased separately through Whop under the license shown on the product page.

We may add, update, or remove decks and features at any time. We will tell you before material changes to membership or prices take effect.

Accounts and teams

You must be at least 16 to create an account, and the details you give us must be accurate. Each person needs their own account. Do not share sign-in links or let others use your account.

Team membership covers the seats purchased, including the team owner. Team admins manage seats and can see the team's payments and invoices.

Payments, renewal, and cancellation

Paid memberships renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Payments are processed by Clerk Billing and Stripe, and you authorize them to charge your payment method at each renewal. Prices may exclude taxes that apply where you live.

Manage or cancel your subscription from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. Invoices for your payments are available in your account.

Membership refunds

Membership payments are non-refundable, including unused time in a billing period, except where required by law. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid another charge. You keep access until the end of your paid period. This policy does not limit your statutory cancellation or refund rights. For billing errors or refund requests, email [email protected].

Acceptable use

The library is for your own reference and research. You agree not to

• copy, download in bulk, mirror, or republish decks or slides from the library;
• use scrapers, bots, or other automated tools to collect content, except search engines that follow our robots.txt;
• use content from Deck.gallery to train, test, or improve AI or machine learning models;
• resell, sublicense, or share access to the library or to our API and connectors;
• get around access limits, rate limits, or security measures; or
• use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Featured decks and rights holders

Featured decks remain the property of their creators and rights holders. Membership gives access to the reference library; it does not grant permission to copy, resell, adapt, or reuse third-party designs, logos, images, or text. Rights holders can request removal at [email protected] and we will act promptly.

When you submit a deck, you confirm that you have the right to share it and allow us to display its screenshots, title, and credits on Deck.gallery and in related newsletter or social posts.

Emails from us

Your account includes emails about the service. Some are required, like sign-in codes, receipts, and billing notices. Others are the Deck.gallery newsletter with new decks and occasional personal notes from the founder about your account. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter and founder notes at any time from any email or from your account, without losing your membership.

Disclaimer and liability

Deck.gallery is provided as is, for reference only. We do not guarantee that the library is complete, error free, or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes and ending these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. You can stop using Deck.gallery and ask us to close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live and can bring claims in your local courts.

What do prices include?

The price on the listing is the price you pay. Any VAT or sales tax is already included, collected and remitted by Whop, so nothing gets added at checkout.

Can I get a refund?

If a file won't download, won't open, or isn't what the listing described, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we'll make it right with a fix, a replacement, or a refund. Refunds are processed by Whop back to your original payment method.

Beyond that, everything in the marketplace is a digital download and can't be returned once it's delivered, so read the listing first and check that the file formats and software match what you need.

How do I access my files?

The moment your payment clears you land on your Whop access page, where the files are ready to download. Whop emails a receipt with a link back to it at the address you used at checkout.

To come back later, sign in on Whop with the email you paid with and open your orders; the download stays available there. Stuck? Write to [email protected] and we'll help.

How do I get a receipt or an invoice?

Sign in on Whop using the email you paid with, click your profile icon, and open Orders. Every purchase is listed there with its receipt. Payments, receipts, and invoices are all handled by Whop, our merchant of record.

How can I use what I buy?

Buying a template gives you a license to use it, though you don't own the underlying copyright. You're free to use it in personal and commercial presentations, edit and adapt it however you like, and reuse it across your own projects and client work.

What you can't do is resell, redistribute, or share the template files on their own, or pass them off as your own product. Each license covers one person or team, so for anything wider just email us at [email protected].
